DOUGLAS, Ariz. (AP) — Vice President Kamala Harris is making her first visit to the U.S.-Mexico border since becoming the Democratic presidential nominee. She walked a scrubby stretch of fence line near Douglas, Arizona, and chatted with local Border Patrol leaders.
