Paul Michels joined Curtis Media as Director of Group Operations on August 1, 2001. Prior to that he spent 28 years with Cape Fear Broadcasting Company in Fayetteville, NC, as Operations Manager/Program Director/On-Air Personality for WFNC-AM and WQSM-FM.
Paul is a native of California and began his career in radio at stations in California and Reno, Nevada.
Off the air, Paul’s responsibilities include technical and operations oversight of all Curtis Media Group radio stations.
